It is almost universally accepted that Atherosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Extremity are best managed by anatomical reconstruction. The wound was monitored for 12 weeks. It is important of the wound management that Control of causative factors and implementation of appropriate topical therapy. Good Topical therapy for Atherosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Extremity includes protective, good nutrition, self care education. The study report such a case with successful use appropriate topical therapy. (J Korean Wound Management Soc 2008;4:109-111)
